A Letter to You
Dear Friends
I’m so glad you have chosen to read Tea for Three - A Mulberry Lane Novel. Thank you! Those who have read my romance novels in the past will recognize that this book is slightly different. This time, I wanted to write about women and how truly amazing we all are—each and every one of us.
As I explored the issues and hidden burdens that many women carry as daughters, mothers, wives, and partners, I found myself drawing a lot from my own experiences. In fact, my own Filipino heritage has helped me develop Kate’s character.
It has been a true joy for me to write the stories of Sarah, Kate, and Louise. I love how, even in their darkest moments, they lifted each other up; never failing to share their own strength, hope, and faith.
Life can be tough, but I believe that with unwavering faith in God, and family and friends like Sarah, Kate, and Louise by our sides, we can overcome anything.
So, I hope you have a great time in Carlton Bay; and that you enjoy getting to know these incredible women of Mulberry Lane.
