Chapter 6 Louise DelaneyLouise watched as Abby disappeared through the doorway, into the living room, and up the stairs. Her heart was heavy and she felt a pain she had never felt before. A pain far more intense than when Warren died. She felt a hand cover hers. “Are you okay?” Sarah asked. “Do you want me to go?” Louise blinked back the tears that had been building up in her eyes. She didn’t want Sarah to go, but she also didn’t want her to stay. “Would you mind staying?” “Of course.” Sarah smiled despite her own troubles. It shouldn’t have been that way.
