Louise Delaney“Oh, you should talk,” Sarah teased Louise. “Does that mean that you and Philip are back together?”
Louise shook her head. “Mm... no.”
“Why not?” It was Sarah’s turn to challenge her. “Did you tell him about the letters you found?”
“I did,” Louise nodded with a smile.
“You know, I still can’t believe it. All those years... and your mother knew.” Kate sighed. “I just can’t.”
“I have to admit, I was very confused. Angry, actually,” Louise said. “But then, I thought about it. If my mother hadn’t done what she did, then I would never have had a wonderful marriage with Warren.” Louise leaned back on the sofa. “I wouldn’t have had Madison... or Amari. I wouldn’t even have Abby in my life.”
