My life had turned into a vicious circle which, to my great disappointment, always began in a hospital ward. Three times in two weeks. Was my life never going to be normal again? Pushing myself up on my elbows, I looked around. The sun was setting outside the window. I wondered how long I’d been unconscious. Hopefully only half a day. The boss was probably furious. Getting out of bed, I checked the cabinets—but found neither my clothes nor my phone. Barefoot, dressed only in a hospital gown, with no personal belongings.
