Shay-Lee let out a sigh as she walked away from the door, shaking her head and moving back over to the table where Jake, Zakari, Adam and Lachlan sat. She had been trying, for at least half an hour to get Winter’s attention enough for her to open the door, but it was not happening. Winter was not answering any of them and they were at a loss of what else they could do now. A number of things had been tried, even an attempt to break down the door, but there seemed to be some sort of power protecting the door.
