As he laid there, silence in the room, Lachlan smiled to himself quietly, looking down at the top of Winters head, her auburn hair fanned out over his bare chest as her head was resting there, rising up and down slightly in sync with his breathing. He knew she was asleep, silent and resting against him. How had he known offering to spar with Winter was going to lead to such things, but in his mind, it seemed the perfect time.
