Breaths heavy and shallow, Amelia runs as fast as she can through the woods, nimbly dodging trees and fallen branches. At the first, her pursuers thought to patronize her a bit and let her think she could outrun them-after all, she was an unshifted werewolf child. Her legs were shorter than theirs and she also didn't have the advantage of having a wolf either so they assumed she would also be much slower.  However, they soon realized how wrong this assumption was.
