Grace didn't even bother asking the Alpha to leave the room. She knew it would never happen. It was practically impossible to get an Alpha to leave when he felt his mate's life was in danger. And in this case, this Alpha didn’t have just his mate to worry about; the life of his pup was on the line as well. And even if Grace somehow did manage to get him to step out of the room, he would most probably just go on a rampage outside. Therefore, in order to keep this powerful wolf as calm as possible, it would be best to just let him stay in a place where he can keep his mate in his full view.
Thankfully, where he was standing would not be too much of a hindrance to her treatment so she had no problem letting him be.
