Waking up with a start, Grace looks up to the ceiling in confusion, frowns a little and looks out the crack in the curtains. The world outside was still very dark so she takes a look at the digital clock beside her bed and checks the time- 1:14am. Still very sleepy, her frown deepens. Something had woken her up from sleep but she couldn't be sure what exactly it was. Straining her ears, she hears the sound again and her eyes widen- the sleep in her eyes vanishing almost instantly. She throws off the blanket and rushes out the door.
