Oscar PoV 

I walk slowly towards my office, I watch the pack run around the place. Today was a busy day, we had new plans to find Mia. A pack that wasn’t fair away had offered to help us and is coming today to help. I walk in to my messy office looking down I see a pile of paperwork on the table I haven’t started to look at yet. Sitting down I move the paperwork on the floor and lay my head down. After a little while and stood up moving my chair backwards. 

I start walk back and forth in my office try to think where she could be. I don’t hear the door opening behind me until I felt a hand on my back. “Come on mate we will find her it’s only been a few days” I turn to see my friend coming to comfort me.  Jake sits on the empty chair by the door and looks around the messy office, “what do I do” I asked him feeling useless. “There are people out there looking, you have been out there I have and even the Alpha has. You just have to trust she will be back soon” I nodded. “ I know” Jake looked around and smiled “think we need to clean this office before Josh sees, mate it’s a mess” he stands up and started to pick up paperwork off the floor. I sit down in my chair as the door opened. I look up to see a man about 5ft somethings “yes Greg” I head  Jake mumble as he bends down to pick up a piece of paper. “The Alpha would like to see you both” he says and me and Jake look at each other.  We both walk out and hear Greg say behind us. “They found something which could help us” me and Jake looks at each other and we both started to run. 

Rushing into Josh’s  office  “what’s happening” rushing the words out. Jake follows in behind me. “Your fast” smiling at me whilst bending down holding on to his knees. “That’s why am Beta” I say smiling at my out of breath Delta.  

The alpha looks up at the both of us and smiles “ we found something and I want you to tell me if it’s hers and if it is we can follow the smell” nodded and pulls out a light dressing gown. It was white with little red flowers over the hem. I knew it was it was hers but when I put Mia to bed she wasn’t wearing it. “Yea it’s hers but it wasn’t on. She wasn’t wearing it” the Alpha nodded and sighed. “So did she get out of bed her self or did the wolf who took her take it. But why drop it, I don’t understand”  thinking about it I thought “what if she was awake but not awake, what if her wolf was awake and decided to leave a clue” someone’s wolf could do that if they were Protecting their human My wolf said in the back of my head. “She could do it if she was protecting Mia” the alpha nodded At my theory. “Well let’s get back out there, Jake take this and get our wolfs to use it to track her down”  Jake takes it and walks out of the room. “We will find her Oscar, I want to know who would take her in the middle of the night” he stops and slams his head on the table and looks like he is thinking. “Damien” as that name came out of Josh’s mouth, I felt the anger boiling inside of me I wanted to kill him. 

 “Why would he take her, he wanted to reject her. If he wanted her he would of just taken her”. As the words flew out I stand up. “He does want her and he had this planned the moment she rejected him. He wasn’t expecting it” I flew out of the room not listening to my name as Josh called me back. 

I went to find Jake who was standing outside of the wolfs talking about Mia. “Jake” I shouted he turns around and I walk to him and Whisper “it was Damien, he took her” Jake looks at me “are you sure” I nodded “I bet you her scent will take us to him”. Jakes turned around and dressed the pack “change of plan we think we know who took her, so I want two teams. I want a team to use this” holding up her dressing grown “to lead us where she could be” he looks at me and says “just in case she’s not there” I nodded “and the other go to Damien White pack lands but don’t been seen” they all nodded. “Go” they all ran it down towards the woods. I started to notice they started to run in the same direction. I look at Jake and he nods. We started to follow both teams who lead us towards his pack. 

We get it the boarder and hang back. We look around to see the lay of the land around us. We was ducked down behind trees, we were about 5 rows of trees in.  A few hours later nothing was happening we were told by the Alpha to wait until he brings back up  to go in. 

We were about to make a plan when he had a scream but not anyone. It was Mia screaming, I look around a tree to find my little mate running towards the trees.  I see the Luna following my Mia but a little slower, I see the scared and Frightened faces over them. I sit back down when Jake said “it might be a trap be careful” I nodded.  They get in the trees and stop not knowing we were there. We see two Guards walk out looking a little sorry for them selfs. Then I see Damien himself walk out he threw up his hands and started to shout at the two guards. 

“Mia” I said in her mind, she slowly turns to see me behind her. Mia slowly smiles and it melts my heart knowing she was safe.
