CHAPTER 3

"Alpha Fabian has invited us over for a special occasion. You must come with me immediately.” Mikel yelled at Amanda, his stepdaughter. Despite retiring to bedtime in starvation the previous night, she still got a bunch of chores ahead. When her mother passed away, Mikel took over the responsibility of ensuring that Amanda had the best care. For some reason, his attitude toward her suddenly changed for the worst. He unleashed the beast mode in him and stopped shouldering her responsibilities.

. . . It appeared as though he was patiently waiting for her mother's demise before swinging into action. He despised Amanda and treated her like a piece of trash. Nothing she does ever made sense to him. Every day, she wishes to just end her life to be free from the everlasting torment.

"I'm not done doing the chores you assigned to me, Father. Remember, you instructed me to finish up before 8:30 am. The Alpha's quarter is a long distance. I might collapse before we arrive there. Can I please get something to eat? I'm famished.” Amanda begged. Her once robust neck had suddenly become thin as her glowing skin was gradually fading away like the morning sun. She's just 18, yet looks older than her age.

"f**k you, Amanda. I'm not your Father. Do you even know who your biological father is? I'm not taking permission from you, it's an order which you must obey,” Mikel threatened and forcefully grabbed Amanda by the arm, almost hurting her. He doesn't give a f**k if she perishes in starvation. He was only concerned about the $10k he intended to receive from Julian after selling Amanda.

Halfway through the Alpha's quarters, Amanda was already lamenting fatigue. She falls to the ground and cried out. “Can we go back home already? I'm thirsty! Please get me water.”

“The Alpha's quarter is just a stone's throw. Get up and walk. You can do it. We've come a long way; we can't go back now.” Mikel commanded with a shout.

"No, I can't. I need to rest a bit. I've exhausted my strength. I'm like a piece of paper. No way I'm gonna continue this journey,” Amanda refused and remained on the ground.

"You've got less than five minutes to rest. That should be enough to regain your lost strength.” For the very first time, Mikel agreed to do it her way. She has never, for once, disobeyed his orders. After a few minutes of relaxation, Mikel stretches his hand. “Be on your feet,” Amanda frowned her face and stood up from the ground as they proceeded with the journey.

"Finally, we have arrived! Stay right here while I go call the Alpha,” Mikel instructed as he gestured to Julian's Chambers to announce his presence.

“Thank your stars. I thought you'd never show up. Where is she now? Take me to her immediately.” Julian demanded.

“Not so fast. Aren't you missing out on something?” Julian halted him and winked.

“Oh, I get it,” Julian snapped as he went back inside and brought a bundle of dollar notes suspected to be $10k.

“Now you have it. Can I have mine now? Don't you dare play games with me. Now take me to her immediately., Julian requested violently.

“One step at a time. I will lead the way. And please, Amanda is just 18. She should be treated like a princess. Now come, let me show you.” leading the way to where Amanda was seated, Mikel pointed. “There she is.” He said and walked away smiling, knowing his mission had been completed. Julian ensured Amanda was well monitored while he goes to call Alpha Fabian.

Several minutes have gone and neither Mikel nor Julian has returned. This got Amanda distressed and scared. No one told her it would turn out this way. If only she knew her way home, she would have departed immediately.

Suddenly, Alpha Fabian and Julian, his BETA, showed up. “Waiting for your stepfather? Worry not because he's never gonna come back. He already got paid after selling you to me. Your mission here is to grace my bed and birth me a boy. After which you'd be set free. So you see, it's not that difficult, is it?” Alpha Fabian disclosed after meeting with Amanda for the first time.

"This isn't real. I can't believe my father tricked me to come down here and just end up as the Alpha's puppet. OMG! This isn't happening. Of what use am I to the Alpha? This should be a slap on the Alpha's face. Please spare me. I've got nothing to offer. I'm just a worthless being,” Amanda knelt on the ground and wept inconsolably.

“Cut the crappy talk! I know what's best for me. I've made my decision and there's nothing anybody can do about it. Now you need to go freshen up. Your appearance is sickening. Tonight, we are making a baby.” Ignoring her bucket of tears, Fabian poked fun at Amanda and instructed his BETA to take her away for a thorough body wash. Amanda was speechless, yet helpless. She accepted her fate, since she couldn't do anything to salvage the situation. She was shown to her room, where she had bathed and eaten like an overfed cow. Not only that, but she didn't blame Mikel for betraying her. Rather, she saw this as nature taking its place in her life. She can't recall the last time she taken a Nice bath or ate a proper meal. It's more like a blessing in disguise for her.

The night was chilly and fresh. The air pulsed with the melodic sound of crickets… Amanda shuffled to her window, narrowing her gaze at the stars in the sky, thinking about her miserable life when she heard a knock on her door. “The Alpha demands your presence in his room this moment,” Julian announced. She wasn't surprised because she knew it would surely result in this. With teary eyes, Amanda stepped outside.

“Leave us! We wanna be left alone. You'd be called when needed.” Fabian dismissed Julian to be with Amanda. For a second, she was completely lost and not conscious of what was happening around her.

"What the f**k you doing? Take off your dress and come join me on the bed. I didn't spend $10k to be watched. I've got enough guards doing that.” He shouted at Amanda as she shivered like a hen drenched by a heavy downpour. Reluctantly, she undresses herself and went completely naked with no clothes on.

“Now you talking. Hop on the bed. Quick,” Irritated by her sluggishness, Fabian pulled her by the hair and forcefully had s*x with her. He refused to be moved by her tears. She wept in anguish, gasping, pleading for Mercy, but there was none to save her. She was left alone to suffer for what she knows nothing about. After the s*x, she started bleeding from her private part. “Why did you lie to me? You never told me you were a virgin," shocked by the blood, Fabian exclaimed. Now he knows why she acted a bit awkward before the s*x. Her v****a region became swollen due to increased blood flow. But he assured the body will return to normal.
