Chapter 42 Farida lolled in a lounge chair by the wide pool and watched Kurt flit through the water. The guide, Adegoke, had mentioned that the waters from the warm spring fed the pool. It looked appealing right now, with the light from the late afternoon sun dabbling with the liquid surface. But it was too much of an effort to get up from this comfy chair and jump into the water.
