Chapter 49 Normally he loved being in his father’s study. For years, growing up, he’d snuck in here, going through every bit of the room till he knew everything about it. A number of African sculptures dotted the room, collections his father had amassed on his trips to Namibia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Senegal, Kenya, Gambia, Cote D’Ivoire, Ghana and Sierra Leone.
