“YOU WANTED MY SIGNATURE?” Kurt asked, extending his hand to Osita. Osita’s eyebrows were almost fused together. His lips protruded. With an angry swipe of his hand, he passed a thin file over to his boss. Kurt carted the file over to his desk and flipped it open. Picking a gold fountain pen out of the metal cup of pens and pencils on his desk, he scanned the sheets of paper. Without looking up, he muttered, “Get it off your chest before you explode.” Osita’s voice exploded. “She’s a good woman. She’s not one of your playthings.
