REALIZATION
2020 Words
Abel and his mother were almost home when Abel decided to strike a conversation. One he knew was important.
"Mom?" He called,tearing his gaze from the car's window. He admired the beauty if the kingdom and smiled but the pending issue he had really bothered him.
"Yes honey?" Evelyn replied in a heavenly voice,facing him.
"I want to talk to you about something." He said. She quickly faced him,eager to know. She was glad she was regaining the bond he and her shared when they were still on earth. Even though she could not read his mind,she already knew it wasn't about him but someone else.
"Talk to me honey,what is it?" She asked.
"Umm,it's about Ella" he stated.
"What is it?"
"Her brother is in the final stage of leukemia and she needs a billion to pay the witch for treatment" he said. She smiled and sat back.
"Why are you smiling mom?"
"I like you,you're a leader. You care about others and not you" she said.
"Why do you think so?"
"You need a phone for communication and it's been on your mind since day 1 but you never asked me about that. Rather,you chose to talk about a subject of yours" she explained.
"Well mom,I find her issue pending compared my mine. It would be selfish if I didn't do so." He said.
"Either way,I am proud of you son" she said.
"Yeah mom,thanks. So about the money,can I get it?" He asked.
"Sure,I'll open a bank account for you and transfer it all to you,then you can do your thing" she replied.
"Thanks mom,you're the best"
"No son. You are the best."

"So where did your dad say he was going to meet this Dwayne of a guy?" AJ asked. She was in the Dyches' mansion with Sallah and was asking questions. Perhaps she could put things together.
"He said in the forest at the American Mexican border" she replied.
"Probably the Rio Grande" Sallah cut in and sat on a couch.
"I'm sure he's going to be fine. What matters right now is rescuing your mother. This Doom guy,how would you describe him?" She asked.
"Well *sighs*,he's never showed his true identity before. He appears in some sort of multi Supernatural complex creature. We know he is a Multibreed but he makes it obvious.
His head is a Wolf's,body a vampire's and feet a bear's or sometimes scaly" she described.
"Interesting. So,why do you think he'll kidnap your mom?" Sallah asked.
"Its simple. Abel is actually a prince to a kingdom he used to rule,Abel's mom kicked him out and he needs to get in. The path is unknown except to my parents and he's promised to make my dad pay until he shows him the way there" she explained.
"So he kidn*pped your mom to milk the answer off her?" Sallah asked.
"Probably,or he wants Alpha Alfred to tell him himself by holding his wife. The only ransom is the answer." Drex cut in.
"True but there something off with this Doom,he can milk it off anyone using magic since he is a Multibreed but he isn't. He's trying to get it off your parents' mouths" AJ concluded.
"So the trillion dollar question is why?" Sallah said.
"I think I have a theory" Drake said,raising his arm up.
"Okay,go on"
"I think he knows the path to Astera but he's using us to play a mind game to take it down. Perhaps betrayal by the Queen's most loyal subjects would win him some sort of authority or support and he takes the Queen out" he states.
"Could be true but are you forgetting that if he gets to Astera,the hatred would still be there since he was the tyrant?" Sharon opposed.
"No,the hate would be on your parents and as a result of this distraction,he strikes" Drake finalised.
At that moment,it clicked to them,it was true. He was using them as a strategy. He was going to distract Asterans and strike,taking the Queen out effortlessly.
Just then,there was a surprise.
"Are you telling me Christine has been kidn*pped by that maniac?" Alpha Alfred voiced from the entrance. AJ frowned,wondering why she didn't feel his presence.
"Confirm if it is him" she told Sallah.
"I did and he's not a fake" he replied.

"So what are we going to do now?" Alfred asked,sipping a cup of coffee.
"We surprise him" AJ replied.
"Surprise? Doom can NOT be surprised" he replied,emphasizing on the negative word.
"So what are we going to do then. Are we going to wait till he strikes again? He might do something drastic" Sharon challenged.
"She has a point Alfred,it's best we act as soon as we can,otherwise,he might have a plan b and use it" AJ told him.
"Well then let's give him what he wants,we'll wait for his message which would be soon" he agreed and left for his bedroom.

Yu Yuan sat by the window side of her and Dwayne's bedroom. She felt extremely lonely and sad,missing Dwayne. She missed everything about him. His touch,his love,his care,his worries. She missed everything about him.
"Was this how he felt when my soul was taken?" She wondered and wiped her face clean if her almost dry tears.
She got off the window pane and walked to the kitchen,grabbing a bottle of whiskey from the freezer. She opened it and began to gulp the contents down. She kept gulping with a notion of a damned life.
She drained every content in the bottle and was about to take another when a firm hand stopped her. She looked up and saw him.
"Dwayne?" She called and dropped the bottle.
"Hey babe,why are you doing this?" He asked and held her arms,then he pulled her in a warm embrace.
"I missed you" she replied,sobbing. He chuckled and stroked her hair then planted a kiss on her forehead.
"I was gone for only a day,what if I was gone forever?" He asked. She abruptly looked up,shooting a deadly glare at him.
"Don't you ever say that" she vexed,frowning.
"Okay but I'm not a kid to be worried about every time" he said and planted a soft kiss on her lips.
She jolted and reciprocated,parting her lips.
"I know but I was worried." She said.
"I know okay,I was in some sort of trouble but I had it all cleared. Right now,what matters is that I am beside the love of my life" he said and lifted her,walking up the stairs to their bedroom.
He opened the door and fell on the bed with her.
"We've got a lot to talk about but for now,its this"

"Is he okay now?" Ella asked a woman who was cloaked in a dark,ragged robe.
"Yes he is. Hope you have made the payment?" The witch sneered.
"Yes I have" Ella sneered in return.
"Good. You can take him home now,he would wake up after 5 hours of rest and you can bring him or take him to any hospital for a test,he's free of any diseases" she said.
"Okay,thanks a lot" Ella said and pointed her wand at her sleeping brother. A beam of light emerged and made him disappear.
"Where did you take him to?" The witch asked.
"Home" Ella finalized. She walked out of the ward and opened a portal. She went into it and appeared outside a mansion.
"Phew,thank Goodness that's solved" she sighed. Outside the Mansion was Abel who awaited her alongside James who as always,had that serious look on his face.
Abel and James had discussed earlier while Ella was in the house. James had told Abel how he caught him staring at her several times and had told him that Abel liked her but Abel denied,telling James he already had a girlfriend.
"A girlfriend hungh? Tell me,what kind of relationship are you having with your girlfriend?" James asked.
"An open one but we really don't do other people" Abel replied. James laughed and shook his head.
"You're damn funny Abel,how sure are you that she hasn't found a guy who would make her smile while you are gone?" He asked Abel.
"I'm sure she won't. Even if I like Ella,I don't want anything with her,it would seem I'm taking advantage of her"
"Dumb ass,ask her out on a date and I'm sure both of you would find that spark. Trust me,the s**t works" James advised and got back in the car,leaving Abel to decide.
Sha stopped right in front if the car,having a puzzled look on her face.
"Why the awkward stare?" She asked.
"Nothing. Was it successful?"
"Yeah,I've teleported him home." She replied.
"Oh that's nice. So,I was thinking"
"Thinking about?"
"Taking you out on a date" he said.
"Well." She paused,tilting her head sideways,blushing.
"I would. Where are we going to?"
"I don't know but I'll find somewhere nice." He said and ushered her into the car.
"Once again *pauses*. Thank you." She appreciated.
"You're welcome" he said and got into the car.

Christine slowly opened her eyes. At first everything stemmed too bright so she shut them,then opened them again to find herself in a field banking a river. She got up and dusted her clothes.
She wondered his she got there but then,she remembered all that happened. She grit her teeth in anger,remembering Doom had caused disunity in her family.
"I'll kill that bastard." She cursed under her breath then made to walk ahead. She halted,sensing a presence behind her. She spun rapidly and shot a wave of energy towards the creature.
The figure stood and absorbed the flames.
"You" she said,her voice getting dark.
Before her was Doom and she knew it was the perfect time to execute her revenge. He stood still,smiling. She knew he had a trick up his sleeves and teleported before him,driving a punch towards him. He moved back and at the void he left was a barrier that sent waves of electricity ripping through her spine.
"Boundary spell" he said and walked towards her. She gasped,surprised.
"How on earth are you able to pass through a boundary spell?" She asked,surprised.
He laughed,circling her like a predator to a prey.
"I am Doom. I do what I want to do. So,anyways,it's good to see you awake Christine" he replied.
She clenched her fists and got up. She rushed towards him but the boundary shot her back again. Then,she gave up. It was useless and futile fighting against him in such situation.
All she had to do was to listen to him.
"Why? Tell me Doom. Why?" She asked.
He shook his head and laughed.
"Well,it is all Evelyn's fault. If she hadn't dome the s**t she was to do,everything would have been normal" he replied in a whisper.
"But you're a freak,a maniac. Who wouldn't do what she did to you?"
"Stories are always two sided,but you people never believe me...that's why I'm going to play a game." He said and stopped.
"What?"
"I'll put you in the same situation as mine,a situation where you are innocent yet its obvious you're the guilty one"
"What do you mean by that?" She inquired.
"It's simple. Alfred would not take a chance,he'll take me to Astera the moment I negotiate with him. Then,I'll plot both of you there with me. There,you'll now be hates by Evelyn and your people you've spent your lives serving. They'll see you as the guilty one and DAMN,you're going to be hated" he replied and started laughing.
"So? Is that your only plan? I know you've got more"
"Yes my dear,you truly are wise. Unfortunately,that's all you have to know for now" he stated and cackled slowly,disappearing out of sight,leaving her trapped and alone.
"DOOM!" She wailed in distress.
"I swear,you'll suffer" she threatened but he was already gone,far gone to hear her lamentations.
She stopped wailing and frowned,knowing Doom was about to ruin her already perfect life completely.
"You would and shall never succeed." She cursed and fell on the floor,continuing her sobbing.
