Kyle's POV
I was sitting in my favorite spot in the woods when I saw a group of wolves. They were aggressively chasing after a single wolf.
The wolf looked like it was going to pass out any moment. Just before I could make up my mind to go confront them, they stopped abruptly after seeing the lone wolf fall down a slope, tumbling into the thickest part of the forest.
After a while I could not smell the chaotic mixture of the various scents coming from the wolves anymore. I came out of the place I had been hiding, watching what was going on.
“They must have gone far away.” I muttered to myself as I walked towards the place where the lone wolf fell. However, it felt strange because I was not able to pinpoint any scent from that person.
