Rayne’s POV
We got nothing, absolutely nothing, no leads or anything from the tire warehouse. The only thing that is stopping me from going insane right now is those kids. Summer’s kids. If she finds out I wasn’t there for them when they needed someone, she will kill me.
Gale took off with Isaac. It should have been me that went with Gale. But I am thinking of my family right now. Nathan and Dawson are beside themselves after seeing the state of Summer’s blood-covered clothes. They were worse when we couldn’t find any clues. Whoever has her hasn’t left a trace. I think they hope that the kids have more details.
We got back to the Crystal Lake Pack. We regrouped. I sent out guards in every direction, hoping they would find something, anything.
