That was extremely weird. I have never known Sasha to act like that towards anyone. Let alone a visitor. And she has never wandered up to the Alpha floor without permission either. Something is going on, and I intend to find out what it is. I will be talking with my head omega, Shannon, about her later today. Right now, though, I need to focus on my mate and make sure she is comfortable. We got to my office and paused outside the door while she gathered herself. I noticed her taking a deep breath, so I smiled at her reassuringly before opening the door and leading her inside. Everyone is sitting around the office on the couches and chairs I have scattered throughout. I notice my mom, Avery, and my dad, Atticus, sitting behind my desk, probably trying not to look super intimidating. Thankfully, she has already met my mom and knows how sweet she is, so that should help with meeting my dad. She walks in and sees everyone and shrinks back a little bit, but I give her a light squeeze on her arm so that she knows I am still right there with her so that she can relax a little. I want to make sure that she is comfortable. She relaxes a little bit and I notice her looking around the room. Everyone is smiling at her so she smiles back, a good sign. I looked over, and the other ladies looked like they were bouncing around excited to meet her. It takes everything in me not to laugh at that. “Good morning everyone. This is Rose. My mate. I know you already met her yesterday, mom, and thank you to everyone that helped out with getting things for her. Rose, you have already met my mom, Avery, the man sitting in the chair behind the desk is her mate, my dad, Atticus. The three men on the couch are my Beta, Gamma, and Delta. So my Beta is Jasper, and his mate is Scarlett, then there is my Gamma, Feran, and his mate, Aria, and finally my Delta, Rowan, and his mate, Riley. I can tell the ladies are dying to meet you haha. Everyone say hi to Rose. Please help her feel welcome here. I am going to be introducing her to the pack tonight, so mom, if you could work with Shannon on setting up a special dinner for tonight so that I can introduce her properly.” “Of course, dear. And Rose, it is so nice to see you again. You look so refreshed. I assume you slept well?” She smiled at my mom, “I did Luna Avery. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me already. And it is very nice to meet all of you. If you have any questions for me, please go ahead and ask. I would rather make sure everyone knows what they want to know all at once. I don’t remember a lot about my past though. I blocked a lot of it because it was not pleasant, but I can try to answer as much as I can about that.” They all smiled at her and then Scarlett walked over and looked at her, “I do not know how you feel about hugs, but I really would love to hug you right now. I am so happy to meet you and that Hudson has finally found his mate. You are honestly the perfect person for him from what I can tell. I can not wait to go shopping with you and help plan your Luna ceremony!” Rose laughs, “I would love a hug. And thank you. I never thought I would ever find my mate, honestly. It was kind of fate that Hudson found me when he did. I was actually bathing in the river when he found me, and normally I do not go as far as I did the other day. So fate stepped in so we could find each other haha.” She hugs Scarlett and that breaks the dam. The other ladies all come over and start chatting with her and I can tell she is already very comfortable with them. Good. That means she will have a great support system when I can not be around her. I wander over to my desk to chat with my mom and dad. “Well, son. I am so proud of you and happy for you. She seems like a wonderful girl. She will make a great partner for you and a wonderful Luna for this pack. I am sure your mother is relieved to finally be able to retire haha. Now we can travel and enjoy our retirement.” I laughed with my dad, “Thank you dad. I am very happy with her. I can not wait for her to become my official Luna. She will be the perfect partner. I am also happy that she is fitting in well with everyone already. She will need that support. I did want to talk with you though. I want to find out how to figure out who her old Alpha is. She told me a little about what happened and, from what she can remember, she was abused in that pack and treated like a slave. She was just a child. She escaped at the age of ten from there and has been living in rogue territory since then. I want to make sure that I do not have any treaties with that pack and, if I do, I want to cancel them. I am not going to be associated with a pack that can do that to a child. But I have no way to find out where she came from when she does not remember anything. What should I do?” My dad and mom looked at each other for a moment, then looked over at Rose. Then my dad looks back at me, “Well… We could talk to one of our old friends. But we need to know if she would be comfortable being around a witch. Our friend Nova, could probably help her remember what happened to her and which pack she came from. But I would want to make sure that she is comfortable with it first. Nova is one of our oldest friends and I can promise you that she will never do anything to hurt your mate.” I nod and look over at Rose, “I will talk to her tonight about it and see what she thinks. I want to get her into training as well, so I will probably have her work with the other ranked ladies. I know she said she has special abilities as well because of her wolf. I am sure she will tell everyone about it in a little bit, but I will need to figure out training for her for that as well. Maybe your friend could help out with that?” My dad nods, “She probably could and if she can’t, I am sure one of her apprentices would be willing to help out.” Perfect. I am so happy that I can help my mate out. I go and sit down with the guys while Rose continues chatting with all the ladies. This has already been a perfect morning. I do want to talk to the guys about Sasha though. I need to figure out what to do about that… For now though, we are just chatting about other pack things while the girls all chat. I am really happy she is fitting in with all the ladies. This is a good sign already. I knew she would be happy here.
