chapter 3

Third person's POV

she could not believe what she saw , for the first she wished for the ground to open up ,and she could be buried ,she was not ready to accept this fact ,"was he the king" ," is this the beast I heard of all this time , I'm dead meat today" she thought , she did not know what to do ,her was telling her to run away but her legs were not ready ,thus today her feet were against her mind . She was stuck not knowing what to do ,speak or look ,she kept looking down not ready to face his face again . Just in a flash of seconds ,the weather was changing ,just when the great bells of the palace were rang, they were always rang at six o'clock in the evening everyday ,this was the time she realized that she had wasted more than five hours wondering in the garden . The weather was gradually changing , the white clouds were disappearing replaced by the dark ones , thunderstorm was all over together with the flash of lightning , the ground was in a great tremble , her fear was now increasing she could not think , her eyes were now watery ,her hands and legs were trembling , it was cold and rainy but she could feel herbody heating ,she could feel the sweat flow along with the rainy water . She now got the courage to look upward ,she wanted to see what was happening to the sky ,just why was it suddenly dark , but all she could see were his eyes , his bluish colour of the eyes was now fading away , the entire eye was filled with the red veins ,his pupil was turning more Goldy to say a fire like colour ,he looked more evil. His appearance only triggered her legs ,she moved a few steps behind , " Don't dare to move",she stopped just when he spoke as he withdrew his sword ,she could sense the evil in his voice and the sharpness of the sword as it's pick touched the ground ,it was a beautiful one ,silver in colour with sharp ends and a golden handle ,it had some words written on it's handle that she was not able to read. Just again in a flash of seconds , everything was paused ,all servants and guards could not move , they could not speak ,flowers did not move ,the thunderstorms were paused including the rain , it felt like a drawing or painting , but everybody was stuck except the two . She did not understand what was happening but the silence was killing her , she jumped a little only when the king was on his knee , with the other foot on the ground , with one arm holding the sword that was touched the ground support the whole body , and the other arm touching his chest ,he looked to be in pain ,just like trying to prevent his heart from escaping his body . She just could not understand the series of events that were taking place ,one by one ,just right now ,the king was a healthy and evil looking one ,and just now he looked weak as he looked on the ground ,she wanted to help him but the other side is just like telling her to run away , only when she was about to lean towards him ,his painful voice grumbled " leave before I kill you" , she was shocked by his words ,he was in pain but still too evil ,the speed of lightning had now occupied her legs , she ran away living the king ,and noticed that everything and everyone had stopped just like being paused including the palace guards at the gates,she ran until she was about half way to her home , that's when she noticed that everything was back to normal , everything was now moving ,the sky was whitening despite the fact that it was almost dark . She only sat beside the road feeling confused than ever , " what is really happening , and what was that " she spoke carelessly to her self , she was half mad to say.

I did not know what and why was Everything happening this way , but right now it is not like I don't know but I just was not understanding ,I had to kill her ,she was my meat just right now and what did I do , I protected her with my own gifts to say my powers, and why the powers right now , these powers faded away when I was ten, just when I was ten , I was cursed and these powers could not work any more , I was unable to stop the time , I was not able to stop the earth from revolving , I could not pause things ,and today everything happened , my sword was ready for it's work but my body was resisting . I kept hitting my self with questions without getting any answers , till when I heard queen Hellena's voice from behind ,"what is that , that is hitting your head so hard", "nothing", I answered , she was this very beautiful woman ,with wide eyes , long dark hair , she was the elegant one, she was tall and slim , his body was the most attractive , well built and shaped , she is just a type that everyone could fall for , she was beautiful that made people to curse her parents by allowing her to get married by me, I even wondered why she stayed with me ,she had all rights to leave me ,but stayed , people would think she is a wealth lover ,but her family was among the richest in the kingdom. Everyone admired her but I never had any feeling towards her be it love or affection. We were now married for about fourteen years ,that is we were married at the age of ten.

" are you really okay " she asked , " somehow " ,I said , "you know what hubby , please I need the gift of our marriage today , I was always eagerly waiting for your body , I need you , I want to make love with you" she said gently as she carelessly kissed me all over my face as she unbuttoned my shirt. I stayed quiet for some time without moving , till when I dropped the glass from my hands as I pushed her away from me towards , the bed. I bent down from the chair as I picked my shirt , getting out of the room as I was putting it on. I was now confused ,and knew ,the queen deserved it ,but how could I make love without affection towards her , I was not ready , and this time I wanted to see the girl .
