The past few days have sucked. Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with my family. But I'm not the type of person to sit at home all the time. If I'm not working, then I'm finding places for Veer and me to go and stuff for us to do. So, being stuck at home resting is hell for me. I hated it after I was shot and wasn't allowed to go anywhere, and I hate it now.
I've talked to Bear about the basement, and he even got started on it. I've been online looking up stuff to buy to make a cute little area for Veer and, eventually, the new baby to play. I've ordered those puzzle piece mats to put on the floor and even a couple of the big baby play pens. I wanted to make sure that the area would be a safe place for them to play.
