I have a small buffet warmer behind the counter that will hold five things in it. And each of the containers will hold a good bit of food. I've had it for a while, but we just got it out and cleaned up last week when I started advertising the sandwiches. I already have a lot of people that stop in of a morning, but I figured that this would bring even more people in. And I'm really hoping that I'm right and it does.
As each of the biscuits gets done, I leave four of each on a plate on my counter and put the rest in the warmers. I let Dove and the boys know that I would have breakfast for them to try this morning. So I wrapped one of each in tinfoil and put them in a to-go box for each one of them, plus one of each for me and a sausage biscuit for Veer. That way, they stay hot.
