The next morning, I was up, dressed, and ready to go before my alarm went off. I was ready to get this over and done with. I double-checked that I had everything that I would need for a couple of days. I also packed a couple of extra outfits because you never know when something will happen.
Once I was sure that I had all of my clothes and toiletries, I closed my duffle bag up. I was going to take my laptop with me, so I packed it and my cords for it, and my phone into my laptop bag. This way, I could still get some work done while I was gone.
