"Have you been able to see your dad or grandma in the last few years since you've moved here?" Rodion asked me. "Yeah, I have. My dad is the COO of the IT company. So he's always had to travel between both offices. When he would come down, I would go into the office to see him. As the CEO, it was an excuse to go into the office. Before I came home, I would video chat both offices once or twice a month to make sure that things were ok. After my grandparents passed away and left me the company, I started to do it. So when I came over here, I kept up with it. But with the exception that here, I go into the company once or twice a month depending on how busy that I am.
