Shower

Sammi POV Unlocking my car, I climb into it. Now what? That was the only job I got for myself where my brothers hadn’t ensured they hired me. Now it’s gone, and I know they are going to go crazy, which is wrong. They can’t force Paul to keep me hired, but something tells me they will. Maybe they won’t. After all, they hated the fact I got the job at the club, saying it wasn’t a place I should hang out. I’m twenty-one, not twelve. You would think I was twelve because of how did they act when it comes to me and my life. I guess I shouldn’t complain. Not when they brought me up for the last ten years. My brothers are protective. It’s like having four men to contend with when I want to do something and live my life in a way that they don’t see right. Placing the earbuds in, I listen to music while driving home; I look at the time. It’s Friday, and ten o’clock, so they won’t be home. Hopefully, they usually aren’t around this time, but then again, I’m usually working, so what do I know? Parking up outside, I walk in and creep through the house. I stink of booze, and right now, all I want is a shower to wash away the stink of that place. Getting upstairs, I stop by the first bathroom. Pulling the handle down on the door, I push it open as I remove the earphones. My body stops, and my eyes widen. I should be walking back out right now, but I can’t. My body is stuck, and my eyes are fixed on Grayson’s body. I hear his groan and then notice his hand wrapped around his c**k. Okay, I should certainly step out of the bathroom now. Yet, I can’t. My body is frozen, and my mind won’t let me move. I stay fixed in place, watching his every movement. “Fu-ck...Sammi...” I panic when I hear my name and think he noticed me, and I stumble, almost falling. He turns and looks at me; now, I see everything, s**t! I force myself to turn and quickly leave the bathroom. “s**t! Sammi,” he shouts, and I rush towards my room. “Sammi, stop!” I can’t, I can’t stop. His hand captures me, and I spin to face him. s**t. He’s still naked. My eyes try to look away from his body, and I fail. “What you heard...” He steps closer to me; my back hits against the wall. I gulp, and his eyes drop to my throat, watching it. “I...I heard nothing,” I mutter. He smirks subtly. “You did; that’s why you panicked and tried to run and tripped.” God, I can’t lie. “It makes no difference,” I whisper. Chuckling, his hand runs down my neck, and my body shakes. “You’re so f*****g beautiful,” he says, leaning closer and kissing my neck. “So f*****g sweet and off limits.” He breathes out heavily, pushing closer to me. I can feel his c**k hard between us. I move, grasping him, and he groans and grinds against me. “Grayson,” I whisper, and he pushes closer. “You want me to f**k you, Sammi doll?” My head nods swiftly, and he chuckles, slowly stepping back. “No, next time you stand watching me in the shower, I might just tell your brothers.” He laughs, and my mouth drops open. “I didn’t!” “No? You didn’t leave, did you? I saw you in the mirror, Sammi, with eyes fixed on my hand. That’s why I said your name. I didn’t think you would actually f*****g believe it.” He stands laughing like it’s funny. “f**k you!” Turning to leave, he stops me. “I’m flattered by the offer, Sammi, but I’ll pass. You’re my best friend’s little sister! The fact you even thought I meant this is hilarious. See you later, sweet pea.” He messes up my hair and strolls slowly back to the bathroom. Was that all a joke, or did he suddenly realise who I was and that my brothers would want him dead? Walking to the second bathroom, I slam and lock the door. I don’t understand. Who makes jokes like that? I want to say no one would, but what would I even know?
