The past few days have been torture. I did pick my phone countless times to call but couldn't. I wanted to hear his voice, it became an addiction to hear his voice daily before going to bed, and not hearing it, made me have sleepless nights.
"Hi, thanks for coming. Hope I didn't keep you waiting for long" Sophia said as she took a seat.
She had contacted me last night asking if we could meet for lunch, as much as I wanted saying no, I was curious about what she wanted moreover mom said to not conclude without knowing the whole story.
"No, I just got here myself" indeed it's been less than five minutes since I got here.
"Thank Goodness. What should we get?" She asked signaling the waitress
"A glass of juice would do" I answered while she nodded before turning to the waitre
