Amir Khan, a fierce warrior and determined leader, marched towards the temple with his soldiers at his side. The air was tense with anticipation as they neared their destination. The temple, perched atop a hill, stood majestic and serene, bathed in an ethereal glow that seemed to defy the natural order. As Amir and his men approached, they found the temple surrounded by an invisible barrier of light. His soldiers, strong and battle-hardened, struggled in vain to breach this mystical defense. They pushed, shoved, and tried every means to force their way through, but the radiant shield held firm. Amir watched their futile attempts, his eyes narrowing in both frustration and wonder. This was the first time he had encountered such a supernatural phenomenon, and for a moment, he was taken aback. But Amir Khan was not one to be easily deterred. His ambition and determination knew no bounds. "I don't care if it's divine intervention," he declared, his voice steady and commanding. "We will find a way inside that temple, and get the princess !!!"," He shouted. His top soldier, bruised and weary from the attempts, approached him. "My lord, we've tried everything within our power. This barrier is beyond our comprehension." Amir's mind raced, searching for a solution. Just then, he heard the melodious chant of the temple priest, rising joyfully in response to the miracle that had protected the sacred ground. An idea began to form in Amir's mind. He recalled what his friend told him about Princess Siya, and how she is known far and wide for her kindness and beauty. He devised a ruthless plan. "Capture the priest!" he ordered, his eyes gleaming with determination. "We will use him to draw Princess Siya out." The soldiers swiftly obeyed, seizing the priest who was outside the temple. Amir shouted towards the temple, his voice echoing through the hills, "Princess Siya!!..." He shouted "If you do not come out, this priest will die by my hand!" He yelled. Inside the temple, hidden in a small den within a cave, Princess Siya heard the chilling threat. Her heart ached with sorrow and anger. She had long felt the burden of her beauty, which had brought so much suffering to her family, friends, and now, to innocent people. The weight of her responsibility pressed heavily upon her. Her mother always told her, never to become a reason for others pain. With a heavy heart, she made her decision. Emerging from her hidden sanctuary, she stepped into the light. The cave entrance framed her slender figure, and her presence seemed to magnify the divine glow that surrounded the temple. Her eyes, though filled with fury, also held a steely resolve. She would not allow anyone else to suffer because of her. Princess Siya stood at the entrance, a light of grace and sacrifice, ready to face Amir Khan and his soldiers. "If you want me," she declared, "you must release the priest first."Amir Khan smirked. "Agreed, but you must come out first." He told her. As Siya stepped forward, her shield still protected her, but she glared at Amir Khan, unyielding. Seeing the light still surrounding her. Amir khan said,"Come to me, princess". Let the priest go first," Siya repeated. Amir Khan's expression darkened. "How can I trust you? What if I release him and you don't come to me?" Siya's eyes flashed with pride. "I am a daughter of the Rajput. We honor our word." Amir Khan laughed mockingly, but finally conceded. "Fine, Release the priest." The priest, trembling, fell to his knees before Siya. "Princess, don't do this. I will protect you, even if it means my life."Siya smiled gently at the priest. "I cannot be the reason for your misery and death. Go, as far from this place as you can." The priest still didn't move and shook his head, but Siya insisted. Amir Khan, growing impatient, ordered a soldier to take the priest to a nearby village. As the soldier dragged the protesting priest away, Siya looked back to back to Amir Khan, with fury. "Now," he said, "come to me, as you promised." Siya hesitated, scanning the rugged landscape. Determined, she began to move forward slowly. Amir Khan's smile widened as she approached. When she was just a meter away, Siya stopped. "Come closer, Princess. You don't know how long I have desired to touch and feel you." He said with lust. Disgust twisted Siya's features. "I will never submit to a man like you," she declared. " I would rather die than let you touch me." Amir Khan's face contorted with rage. "Seize her!" he ordered his soldiers. But Siya sprinted towards the cliff. "Stop her! Don’t let her jump!" Amir Khan screamed, but it was too late. Siya reached the edge, turning to face Amir Khan one last time. "Death is preferable to letting a monster like you touch me," she shouted, before leaping off the cliff. The wind rushed past her as she fell, her eyes closing tightly in anticipation of the impact. Amir Khan's scream of rage echoed through the mountains. "Find her body!" he roared. "Even in death, she will be mine. He shouted to no one. "Suddenly, a brilliant light surged from the temple, racing to the edge of the cliff and enveloping Siya. Unaware, she squeezed her eyes shut, bracing for the end. But instead of the crushing impact, she felt an ethereal warmth surround her, lifting her gently. Amir Khan and his soldiers watched in stunned silence as the light carried Siya away. Amir Khan's laughter died on his lips, replaced by bewildered fury. "No!" he screamed into the void, but it was too late. Siya was beyond his reach, protected by a power far greater than his own... ••••••••••••••••••• After not feeling the expected impact or any force, Siya cautiously opened her eyes. She was enveloped in a radiant glow, the warmth of which was both comforting and perplexing. Just as she reached out to touch the light, the scene around her shifted abruptly. She found herself in a strange place filled with unfamiliar sights and sounds. She was surrounded by a bustling crowd, the architecture around her unlike anything she had ever seen. The noise was overwhelming, and she looked around in confusion as people pointed and stared at her. Her heart raced as she tried to make sense of her surroundings. "Hai Devi Ma!, ye kaha a gye hai hum? hume, samaj nahi aa raha ab hum kya kare?(Oh, God. Where am I)",she murmured, her voice trembling. It was night in Mumbai, the city that never sleeps. Neon lights flickered, and the cacophony of car horns and street chatter filled the air. Siya, dressed in her traditional wedding attire, stood out amidst the modern hustle and bustle. She was in the middle of a busy road, surrounded by strange box-like carriage(car),filled with people wearing unfamiliar clothes. Panicking, Siya tried to navigate through the chaos. Car horns blared at her, and people shouted from their car windows, frustrated by her presence in the street. Disoriented, she stumbled from one moving vehicle to another, narrowly avoiding collisions. Just as she was about to escape from one oncoming car, she found herself directly in front of another. The car's headlights blinded her, and she shielded her eyes with her hands, frozen in place. The car screeched to a halt just in time, but the shock and exhaustion were too much for Siya. Overwhelmed, she fainted, collapsing in front of the car. As she lost consciousness, she heard the distant sound of concerned voices and felt the vibrations of footsteps rushing towards her. One voice stood out, authoritative and calm, directing the crowd to move back. Before she could process any more, darkness enveloped her completely. In her final moments of awareness, she felt herself being lifted, as if floating. The sensation was both surreal and comforting, but she was too exhausted to understand or resist. She drifted into unconsciousness, unaware of what awaited her next.
