There was a crowd that hesitated before coming out the mall entrance after them. Turning around, I followed them out the parking lot. Traffic was hectic so it wasn’t hard to follow them. They stopped in a neighborhood in Anacostia. I was not surprised that no one was out. This area was dark and unsafe full of drugs and prostitution.
