“Don’t say this is going to work. Just admit that you screwed up. You trusted the government and you got played.” The urge to beat the hell out of Nico was overwhelming. The last time I gave into the urge a few months ago Hyong had to pull a gun on me to save Nico’s life.
“I called Willie. We can’t trust the DEA or the Feds. They will get Telica killed.” I turned and walked away from Nico, from everyone in the familia.
