Julissa frowned and remained silent for two seconds. She glanced at Scott, feeling a little uneasy.
No man would be happy seeing his girlfriend entangled with her ex.

Just as she was contemplating how to respond, Scott took the initiative to let go of her hand. “I’ll wait for you up ahead.”
His action made Julissa sigh in relief.
