Kendrick turned the tap on full blast and took a shower for half an hour before barely managing to cool himself down.
Before he came out of the bathroom, he texted Trey.
"Trey, come stay with me for a few days. Come here now. If Mrs. Gregory asks you, tell her that Grandpa didn't believe that she and I were really married, so he asked you to supervise us to have babies."
Trey was stunned. He thought, "Is Mr. Gregory saying that Mrs. Gregory doesn't want to bear his kids?"
Kendrick grew up around Trey, and they were like a family. Therefore, Trey knew Kendrick well.
