Josh himself wasn't wanted to feel guilty of what he said to Avani rather he is wanted to feel proud of himself but something not letting him do so.
"Josh, forget everything that happened a while ago. I'm really feeling hungry after a long drama session, and I think that slut, of course, prepared food for this stupid anniversary. We shouldn't be wasted that so come with me. We are going to have dinner together after a long time", Natasha said and take Josh to the dining table.
Josh's eyes widened seeing all his favourite dishes on the table. It doesn't take a second to understand for him that it's all made by Avani.
