The New Six Warriors - (Jack)

"That's it, my dear little friends, a pair of glasses, and then no one will know where you are looking, no one can accuse you of anything." Said Ethan, giving tips to look at girls in bikinis on the beach without being noticed, talking like he was some kind of perverted guru or something. It was a sunny morning and it was a light moment, although Jack couldn't stop thinking about the previous night's battle. They chatted a bit about how the battles had gone, some of them, how Arthur seemed to have exaggerated by saying that his opponent's punches were like rock avalanches and he took them straight without leaving the corner and without grimacing. In spite of everything, Jack was happy that all his friends had come out victorious in the battle and hadn't died. They were sitting there, Ethan in a beach chair and the others scattered across the sands of the beach. Everything was peaceful, until some of the boys' colleagues showed up; Victoria, the smart girl who was friends with the weirdo Bruno and Marcus, also the boys' colleague. Marcus was a boy of medium height, but with a very well-crafted body for a teenager, his muscles were developed and defined even at his young age because he was a regular practitioner of physical activities and martial arts, he had very short hair and a rounded head, Victoria was a dark-skinned girl with straight hair cut to the length of her neck, she was thin and generally had a reserved attitude. Seeing them, Jack noticed that Fenrir smiled and stood up. He turned to his friends, especially Miguel, and said: "Hey, do you know what that reminded me of? That thing Miguel said yesterday, you know, it had something to do with Bruno's buttocks." Jack and the others laughed, while Miguel got defensive. "W-what are you talking about? No, I don't remember any of that!" "Victoria was there, she heard it too and can prove it." Fenrir insisted and then turned to Victoria and Marcus. Only then did Jack realize that the two didn't look very friendly. Fenrir and Ethan also seemed to notice this. "I don't think we could talk about that…you know…why Miguel lost the bet." Sam babbled, but after that no one spoke. Marcus and Victoria just continued to stare at the boys. "Something wrong?" Ethan asked, getting up. "I know now... when we were fighting the goblins and I saw two people helping us in the fight, it was them. I didn't recognize them in the middle of the battle, they were wearing hats or hoods, but now looking more carefully I know. It was you guys, wasn't it?" Fenrir explained and then asked the two. "Yes, it was us." Marcus replied seriously, "we know about you guys, about being the new bearers of the crystals and about having stolen them." "We don't steal anything!" Jack exclaimed, standing up too. "The power was given to us by the goddess." "What goddess is this? We've never heard of her," Victoria said. "Me," said Gwendy, appearing out of nowhere like the "Dungeon Master", that short bald man who wore red in that old cartoon. "And who are you?" "Ask your master, Lord Eagle, am I right?" "What are you talking about, Gwendy? What's going on here?" Jack asked, confused but noticing increasing tension. "They're both Interdimensional Guardians," Gwendy replied, pointing to Victoria and Marcus, "they're Victoria, of the Winds Blades and Marcus, the Tiger Fists." "W-what? T-this is impossible! We've known them both for a while." Jack stuttered. Gwendy smiled. "You don't know anything and that's what you are. That's one of the reasons I chose you guys, regular kids...no, worse yet, otakus, surrounded by superpowered Guardians as classmates and didn't even know it." "That's true?" Ethan asked seriously. "Your little friend is right, she seems to know too much." Marcus said, "yes, we are Guardians. First Class. We were the closest to being chosen to have the power of the Kerds." "F-first class?" Babbled Jack. Jack shivered, imagining how strong they must be. "If you guys came looking for trouble, you'd better leave" Said Sam, taking a little forward "or else I... I will... picking up speed, running out of time, going head to head it's the way of life..." Sam started singing out of nowhere in the "picking up speed" part and left everyone looking confused. He continued with the chanson "spinning it out, at the speed of sound, gonna rip it up, now the bet is down..." he turned up the volume of his voice and doing a weird, embarrassing little dance, pointing fingers at Victoria and Marcus. "...we're the team with the bang, our g**g is the one that's gonna win!... Let's Bey..." "Oh man, just shut up, it's embarrassing us!" Miguel ordered. "Oh man, don't you have an artistic sense? Didn't you get the message? Our g**g is the one that's gonna win. Did you get it?" "Yeah, I get it, it was just pretty embarrassing." "This opening theme is a piece of art and you don't know how to appreciate it!" "So what do you guys want?" Ethan asked Victoria and Marcus, ignoring Sam, "don't tell me you guys are going to want to fight like Third Class did." "For now, we are just watching everything, we are keeping an eye on you and you are taking it all responsibly," Marcus answered. "You guys can't do this!" Jack raged at Marcus and Victoria. "You guys can't let this whole Guardian thing interfere with our friendship, can you?" "Would you give up your powers for our… 'friendship', Jack?" Victoria asked pointedly. Jack remained silent. "Alright, alright, that's enough" Gwendy interrupted, "don't worry boys, it will all be sorted out and you will see that it was all a misunderstanding." "You guys have no doubt of that," another voice spoke, surging around as if it had sprung from the depths of the earth. It was Philip Seraph, a boy from the same school year as Jack and his friends but from a different class. Philip was a medium height boy with an aquiline nose and always seemed to have a mocking expression on his face, he had curly hair and a dirty blond with "V" shaped entrances. Next to him was Stanis Louis, a big, shy boy, also from their year. Stanis was a tall, semi-humped and rather portly boy, he had thick lips and a shy, reserved expression on his face. "You are… let's say 'invited' to testify at our Guardian headquarters. It will be fun." Were they also Guardians? Jack wondered who else could be involved in all that stuff, that weirdo Bruno? Jack felt like he was in the middle of a conspiracy theory. "Is it really?" Arthur growled, "what if we don't want to go?" "It was very difficult for the healers to take care of some... Aita was practically dead. If you 'Godess' hadn't taken them in time, he really would have died." Philip looked at Fenrir. "What an aggressive little boy, isn't he?" "Did you take them to heal?" Fenrir growled towards Gwendy, "that guy was sick in the head, and they tried to kill us!" "They were just doing their job, my petit-little-wolf, and another one, how do you think you recovered so quickly? You also needed the Order's healers, understand? We're not enemies, it's all a misunderstanding, we have to focus on our forces against our common enemy." "Very well then. Let's enjoy this trip then, see you soon." Saying this, Marcus turned to leave with the others, but Arthur shouted at them, "Wait! You guys come here and say a lot of zucchini and you think I'm going to let you out of here like that?" He gave an excited smile. "Arthur!" Ethan reproved. "What do you mean?" Marcus asked. "An arm wrestling, that's all I'm asking from any of you who are a user of earth magic, or even strong and brave enough to stand up to me." Marcus looked at Stanis, who just remained silent. Marcus then smiled and said "Okay, it will be interesting." ... They went to a secluded spot and gathered around a rock that was shaped like a table. Arthur waved his arms excitedly, Stanis took the lead. "Yeah, I figured it was you, big guy, come on!" The two started, Ethan taking on the role of judge, everyone watching intently. Jack thought this was a good opportunity to find out if there was a big difference between them and First Class. The fight started and Arthur's veins jumped in his forehead, he made a grimace of strength that was visible, while Stanis remained with that shy silly face unchanged, although there were beads of sweat on his forehead. Arthur tried in every way to knock his opponent's arm down, but Stanis just moved his hand with relative ease and won the arm wrestling. Jack and his group remained silent. Marcus's group, on the other hand, gave a slight contained cheer, it was as if they always knew what the outcome would be.Arthur growled and stood up. "Okay, best out of three then, man." "It's useless, you're not going to beat Stanis". Marcus said, "I want to see if you can just stand up to me in this. I'm not an earth magic user, but I still think I can beat you." "Do not underestimate me!" Arthur roared, and then he and Marcus disputed. Marcus won. "At the end of the day, there's still a lot for you to get even close to First Class level." Philip said with a mocking expression, seeing the outcome of the two disputes. Arthur growled with his head down. The four First Class members withdrew, Jack and his remaining silent.
