Thumbfinger - (Jack)

"You're that mush dude who punched my mate the other time," Jaden would say to Jack, "very brave, because of that, I'll give you a fight with me."

"What an honor" Jack gave a smug smile.

"Oh yes, but you better know, boy, that I am not an opponent of your level. The Middle Finger Squad is our elite and I believe they are much stronger than you. You must be of the same level of a Ring Finger, or something."

"What are you talking about?" Jack asked confused.

"A slight introduction to say that I am the one and only Thumbfinger, standing down only of the Fist itself, the Iron Lord itself, meaning I am the second strongest in the mighty Iron Fist club. Feel honored that I introduced myself, before I dump you."

"Just come on and fight." Provoked Jack.

"What's your name?"

"Jack Zaek! Come on!"

"Right, Jack Zaek, experience the arching despair!! Jaden moved forward with a quick movement, Jack had no reaction other than to raise his arms in a defensive stance, but quick as a blur, Jaden simply disappeared from Jack's sight. "LUMINOUS STING!!" Jaden yelled. Jack felt something sharp and full of energy hit him in the back, and then he fell.

"Jack, I was looking for you," said a voice, and Jack recognized it as Sam's voice.

"You again?" Jaden asked, and then he smiled, "Two brave weaklings, I'll finish you off in less than five minutes."

"You hurt one more friend of mine" Sam said, pointing a finger at Jaden "this time you're going to get hit hard."

"If you haven't noticed, that Lord Ghost club is taking a bad beating. Boarders can't even consider themselves in the fray anymore," he chuckled.

Jack, lying on the floor, hated having to admit he was right. The chosen one of fire has risen.

"I'm not finished yet," Jack said, although he felt a searing pain in his back.

"Both of you can come" Jaden teased "I want to see if you can be a good fight."

Jack advanced on Jaden.

"LUMINOUS STING!!" Jaden yelled as a sting of light shot out of his hands. Sam moved forward fast.

"WHIP BLAST" he exclaimed, brandishing a swift wind whip. The attack hit the opponent's face, neck and shoulders. Jack thought it was his chance.

"FLAMING DODGEBALL!!" He fired a football the size of a football. Before reaching Jaden's body, the ball expanded in size to be almost like an inflatable beach ball, only made completely of fire. "That's what I call playing dodgeball!" Jack laughed. Jaden got up angrily.

"You loser!" He grunted.

"Jack, we're perfect for each other!" Sam said excitedly.

"What?" Jack asked scared "what's this stuff, man?"

"i***t. Don't get me wrong. I meant we're a good pair, the wind seems to increase the firepower."

"How did I not think of this before?" Jack wondered.

"I'll roast you" Jack said to Jaden.

"Will even?" Jaden asked sarcastically. "I didn't think I would need to use this magic with losers like you, but I think it will be necessary. LIGHT MAN'S BODY..." the boy spoke calmly. After that it started to glow and Jack didn't see anything else. After the light went out, Jack saw that Jaden was transparent, like a hologram or a ghost. He didn't quite understand, but he decided to attack.

"Sam, let's go!" he said.

"Yes!" Sam replied. "WIND BLAST!!" A powerful gust of wind left his hands.

"FLAMING DODGEBALL!!" Jack's crimson flames joined Sam's mighty winds, intensifying the power several times over. But Jaden didn't look worried, and just stood there. Jack finally understood why his enemy was transparent, as well as the purpose of his magic. Now Jaden was unattainable, the boys' attack went right past him, going to burn the grass in the woods. Jack immediately caused the fire to go out, before a fire started.

"Like my power?" Jaden asked between giggles, raising his arms like a boss "the downside is that I can't attack them either... At least not physically" he smiled. Jack shivered. "CIRCLE OF STINGERS!!" A kind of circle, lighted and sharpened, circumcised him. "To attack!" He indicated the boys with an open hand, and the lighted stingers advanced. The attacks were so swift that Jack and Sam only had time to flinch to meet the shimmering hail of Jaden, who was laughing. "Take this you weaklings!" The boy screamed. The attacks seemed to have no end. Jack felt blood on his arms and back. He was already in so much pain that he ended up falling to his knees on the ground and finally lying down on the soft grass. He looked so comfortable there... Like a lawn bed.

"Is it over already?" Jaden asked sarcastically, "I said, less than five minutes. Goodbye weaklings." Jaden prepared to leave.

"No…" groaned Sam, getting up with difficulty. "Not yet," he said firmly. Jaden let out an obnoxious chuckle. Jack got up too, faltering.

"We will finish you off!" He said.

"Try." Jaden said laughing. Something unexpected happened, and Jaden's body became physical again. "Damn it!" He cursed.

"Sam, Jack" called Eric. When Jack looked at him, he felt sorry for him. It was torn apart, and it shook like jelly. He must have taken a lot of blows, "he can only make his body transparent for two minutes." He gasped. "To do it again has to pass another five minutes. Besides, he spends a lot of magic power..." A sting of light hit him in the chest and he fell.

"This weak guy doesn't recognize his place," Jaden said, more to himself than anyone else. "Damn it, I'll finish you with or without a transparent body" he began to chant a kind of mantra, and then he shouted, "CIRCLE OF DOUBLE STINGERS!" This time, two rows of stingers circumcised it, and not only that, the stingers now had two tips.

Jaden was ready to hurl his stingers at the boys when an aerialboard out of the ground caught him in the jaw. Jack looked back and saw that Eric controlled the object from a long distance with his magical power, which proved his mastery of that transport.

"Don't underestimate the Boarders leader, I'm not finished yet!" Said Eric with difficulty "Jack, Sam, take your chance!"

"Sam, let's go!" Jack yelled.

"Yes" Sam replied "WIND BLAST!!" He yelled as gasps tore out of his hands.

"GREAT FLAMING DODGEBALL!!" The flames leapt from Jack's hands, joining Sam's winds, becoming several times more powerful, triggering a new attack.

Jaden, getting up startled, tried to defend himself.

"PULSING LIGHT DOME!!" he yelled as some sort of pulsating light glass dome appeared around him. The magic shield held for a few seconds, but the flames boosted by the gusts destroyed it and then hit Jaden full on. The boy was thrown away, covered in flames that made a small explosion when it touched him.

It was over. Jack and Sam won!

"Jack did it, we're really perfect for each other!"

"That's it" Jack agreed, "just…don't keep yelling it around okay?"

"Alright guys, big fight, you guys beat one of the strongest guys in the g**g" said Eric with difficulty, "but... help me here, I need help, let's get some of the potions I got, okay?"
