Episode 5: The Wall

-Claire's POV-

My wolf is happy, we sensed and smelled Blake...he is back! I want to jump and run to him for some reason... I felt some connection that I'm sure I didn't feel before. But, what if he's mad at me? What if he doesn't want to talk to me and he's just here to protect the pack because he is the Beta? 

I need to talk to him, at least say sorry for what I said last time...I rushed to my room's door and opened it and suddenly bounced into the lean muscles of a man that is standing in front of my door...

"Blake!" I said as I saw him...He is standing tall with his dark brown eyes looking at me with no feelings at all. I accidentally looked at his lips that can make any girls shiver, those reddish lips look so good...

My goodness Claire! what on earth are you thinking? are you daydreaming! You burst your anger to this man and now he is back to protect your pack and now you are imagining things that those sensible lips will kiss you...He is your husbands’ friend!

I shrugged off that thought and stepped back to my room

"I'm so sorry about what happened last time...I was not thinking, and I know it’s not your fault" I bit my lips not looking at him directly as I feared he will not accept my apology...

-Blake's POV-

She still looks enchanting as always, you make me desire you even more...How I love to wrap you around my arms and make you mine...but I know you love Kurt and you will not be mine. I sighed, yeah that's all I can do, because I know I have no chance to get this woman to be my mate…

"I will be meeting the warriors; I want to drop by to let you know that I am back" I bowed and whispered "Alpha"

“Stay in your room and be vigilant always, I will triple the security. If you sense something, mind link me as soon as possible.” I nod and left Claire without any response from her. If I stay there for another minute, I don’t know if I can still prevent myself from wrapping her around my arms. My connection to her is becoming more forceful than last time. I need to check her every now and then but I also need to put some space between us…” Moon Goddess, what is it that you want from me again?, Give me the strength to stay away from our Alpha!”

I headed to the Main building where the warriors are assembled by Jace, seriously, this war, and all the news that they told me makes me tremble just by thinking that Claire is the absolute target.

All the Blue Moon Pack warriors are already waiting for Blake, and when they saw him, it was a relief that their Beta is back. It is known to everyone how great of a warrior Blake is. He fought side by side by their Alpha and all of those have been a tremendous win. That’s also the reason why Blue Moon Pack Territory in the northern part of the Wolves Tribe is the most dominant of all. They are respected and feared amongst the tribe. Their territory is an island and has direct access to the Blue Mountains which is surrounded by forest.

Withry Valley is miles away from the Wolves Tribe that houses the powerful witches and Merlin’s of the North.

The only thing that sets this two apart is the Blue Mountains which is said to be the Moon Goddess's sanctuary in the olden days. This serves as the wall to seclude the Witches from the Wolves tribe. It is said that Witches and Wolves once had a great relationship but because of an incident, the Moon Goddess needed to separate them by creating a wall in the form of Blue Mountains. Only the ones that have pure intentions can pass through it from one territory to another. Otherwise, they will be automatically blocked once there is a sense of danger that they will bring to the other territory.

Wolves tribe in the 20th century is still secluded but you can see the modern style of the houses and Packs Territory. Making it look like a small country that can house about 100,000 wolves in the same location. Most of them are part of Wolves Packs…the only time that you are not part of any of the pack is when you become a rogue. Rogues either betrayed their packs, they were sent out to never return so they remain fugitives. Some of them, merely left because they have a different point of views and just wants to break free from the rules they need to follow. Some, they were abandoned and that made them become rogues on their own without any choice.

Blue Moon Pack has many allies almost eighty percent of the Wolves Tribe actually, but the remaining twenty percent are those who didn’t accept defeat and rather become enemies. These packs and rogues are the ones that Olivia gathered in together for her plans. Who else is the best target for allies but the ones that don’t support Blue Moon Pack?

-Blake's POV-

“We all know why we are gathered today. I want to make sure that all of you know what we are about to face in the next coming days. Our Pack is not safe more so our Alpha…” Blake said while he is trying to his best not to show emotion.

However, everyone noticed how his eyes narrowed and turned impenetrable. Blake's eyes started to look around and focused on John from the Lucid Pack.

“Our allies from the Lucid pack are here to support and fight along our side, with that we are humbled and thank you all for risking your life to safeguard our Alpha” Blake and John nodded at each other showing respect to each other.

“We are not going to take some risks, our enemy though she is already dead, has planned a war to take us all down. We are not sure if she only gathered the rogues and wolf’s tribe rivals. You need to prepare yourself as the worst scenario we can face is having the witches break “The Wall” of the Blue Mountains to revenge the death of Olivia. Withry Valley is known to cast evil spells and black magic to their opponents so please always keep your self-guarded. Our priority is Alpha Claire’s safety, but all of you need to be safe as well so we can protect Claire and our pack…Is that clear?” Blake's voice echoed and you can feel his determination to win this battle.
