“That was weird” I mused, watching as Calliope walked away. Crace frowned as he looked in the direction of the kitchen. “Hey. Everything okay?” I asked him, placing a hand on his. He slowly looked back at me, still frowning. After a moment though, he snapped out of whatever was troubling him.
“Of course I am, but I should be asking you that. A lot is happening right now for you. Are you okay?” He asked, taking my hand.
“A little overwhelmed already. I mean, look how many powerful wolves there are in my bloodline.” I said in awe, gesturing to the hologram of my family tree in front of us. The fire crackled behind it, warmth radiating in each wave of the flames.
“Well, it only makes sense considering you’re going to be a Luna soon.” He said, cheekily, bumping shoulders with me.
