Keep your back straight and stand with your heels together like this.” He raised an arm outward to get in starting position, and Lewis mirrored him. “The word plié just means bend, so that’s all it is—you start here and then slowly bend and stand back up.” Aaron demonstrated and smiled at the very serious expression on Lewis’s face. “Now you try,” Aaron said, standing a bit behind him, tapping his belly again to have him activate his core.
