Soraya was silent and just followed David and James who were walking in front of her. She kept thinking about the possible destinations Diana would go to. However, even though she had thought hard, there was not a single answer she could find in her head.
They searched for three hours, until they skipped second class. James was getting desperate, he jogged to the city park bench and sat right next to the dove pecking the breadcrumbs on the bench.
"I give up! I really don't know where she is!" James said as he sighed.
"No one knows where she went. How strange!" David began to worry, considering that no one knew where Diana had gone.
"Let's go to the police! What if something bad happens to her!" James said giving advice. He didn't think that they should continue this quest.
"Sora, do you remember what Diana said before you guys parted? Something we might be able to use as a clue!" David asked seriously. Soraya tried again her ability to dream, hoping she could remember something.
The last time she remembered was when she intended to tell Diana the reason why she got out of Robert Stanley's car that morning. She gave up hrr intention and then decided to leave in a hurry.
Soraya remembered that she had run away from Diana without looking back. She didn't know if Diana was running to her room at that time or if she was still there alone.
"Alone, was she still in that place alone?" She thought. Worry began to surround her soul. She had absolutely no idea what had happened to Diana and she had never thought that Diana would suddenly disappear like this.
"I don't know, it's just that by then it was getting dark and it was going to rain. I ran to the dormitory building and left her behind. I don't know if she left or is still there, I-"
"Is there anyone other than you two around the park? If you know, maybe we can find that person and ask her!"
"No, I don't think there's anyone. But, I'm not too sure because I didn't pay much attention to my surroundings at the time."
"This is really bad. Could it be that she got lost around the dorms?"
"But, she had texted me about 15 minutes after we separated. But, the message from me was not sent. Her phone was never active again."
"That's terrible! David, I think we should report it to the police and the university. It can't be just the three of us looking for her, it's been one day since Diana might have disappeared. If something bad happened to her, the police could act and take action immediately help her!"
"James is right, we have to tell the police and university. I'm really worried, I don't feel good!"
Soraya could not hide her concern. A bad premonition began to creep into her soul, for some reason she felt something had happened to Diana and it was clearly not a good thing.
David took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. It seemed he had no choice but to listen to Soraya and James' advice. Inevitably, David also felt the same worries and he really hoped his worries didn't come true.
"Okay, we will report this matter to the dormitory and campus. I hope they can act immediately!"

Soraya sat weakly, exactly in the same spot the last time she and Diana had met in this garden. It has been three days since Diana disappeared without a trace and the police have started looking for her whereabouts, including where she was last seen.
In front of her, a policeman kept asking the same questions since yesterday and Soraya answered as best she could as best as she could as the last person to see Diana.
"Are you sure no one was around the park at the time?" Asked the policeman. Soraya could sense the suspicion emanating from his tone of voice and his intimidating gaze, as if Soraya was hiding something.
"Yes, it was just the two of us in the park. It was getting dark and raining, so I rushed off. I don't know what happened after that!"
This policeman gave the code to his colleague who was standing a few meters behind. When some other policemen try to check if there is CCTV around this park.
A young policeman came with a CCTV camera in his hand which he got from one of the garden lights.
"Inspector Smith, I found a camera. But, it looks like it's broken and hasn't been fixed!" Said the man.
"Only one and it's broken? All right, take it and check it out. I hope it broke not too long ago!"
"All right, Inspector!" He said as he walked over to his colleague who was busy checking the situation around the park.
Soraya shuddered, this situation made her very scared. Her hands trembled and Inspector Smith notice at once
"She's still texting you at 6.13pm. That means, there's a good chance she's gone somewhere, considering the time you two were apart was 15 minutes."
"True, I tried calling her, but her phone is off. I wouldn't have guessed that she would disappear like this."
"Sorry Miss Chamberlain, may I ask you something? Maybe this has nothing to do with the case, but I think it may have something to do with the disappearance of your friend. I would like to ask a question about Robert William Stanley, a lecturer at this university. After I found out, Diana Brown is one of the students he teaches and is known to greatly idolize him. Have there been any recent signs that they are close to each other?" Inspector Smith asked. Soraya was stunned, she didn't know that the suspicions of the police were directly on Robert Stanley.
"Diana really idolizes Mr Stanley, but I don't think they have a close relationship at all. That's why it's impossible for Mr Stanley to-"
"Sorry, Miss. I don't mean to make you think that our suspicions are on him. This is just a concern, considering that recently a student from this University was found dead in her car which is located only about 300 meters from the residence of Robert Stanley. The woman died from carbon monoxide poisoning and a sedative overdose, but the latest examination revealed signs of coercion which forced the victim to take large amounts of sedatives to put her to sleep in her car."
Soraya's breath hitched, she had no idea that this case would get bigger. She had absolutely no idea that Robert Stanley had anything to do with the death of Jannet Bouttier and Diana's disappearance.
"I don't think Diana's disappearance had anything to do with Mr Stanley. I didn't see her at the time, so I'm not sure."
"Okay, I get it! So far nothing has been found that Diana Brown is dead. It's possible that she's gone somewhere, so we'll keep trying to find her. Thank you for your time, Miss Chamberlain. See you soon!" Said Inspector John Smith as he walked away to his colleagues who seemed to have finished checking around the park in the area of the University X dormitory building.
A young policeman found something chuckling in the grass, a white shoelace tucked around a bush.
"Inspector, I found something!" Said the man while waving his hand.
Inspector Smith and two other policemen rushed over to see what he had found.
"Shoelace? Okay, take the laces! We'll find out who owns them. If there's a chance that the laces are Diana Brown's, maybe that could be a clue to their whereabouts!"
