Soraya felt a strange atmosphere. No, not because of those two strangers. They seem to have given up on chasing and following her. This atmosphere comes from the silence in this car.
Five minutes had passed since this cold man let Soraya into his car and even though Soraya had thanked him, he didn't say anything. He ignored Soraya as if Soraya wasn't here.
Soraya felt very nervous, if it was like this, her heart rate would definitely play faster. Although she admitted that she was a little happy to be around someone she admired, on the one hand, she couldn't help but feel scared.
"What should I say? Why is he silent?" She thought. This made her nervous. She hoped that an idea would pop into her head to break this silence.
"Uhm ... Mr Stanley, I thank you for giving me a ride. But I'll just get off here!" She said carefully.
"Where are you going at this time of night?" Finally, after enough effort and courage to get him to speak, he said something too.
"I-I don't know-" Soraya was confused about the answer she should give. She had no goals and she also didn't want to go back to the dorm now. Soraya just wanted to go somewhere quieter.
"You didn't know?" Robert Stanley glanced at the mirror in front of him, his eyebrows rising even though the look on his face showed that he didn't really care.
Soraya was getting more and more nervous, she really couldn't give a correct answer. She realized that it was impossible for her to admit the truth that she was involved in an argument with her roommate that made their relationship sour. And what was worse, it was impossible for her to say that she wanted to find a hotel to sleep in tonight. This man would probably think that Soraya was not a good girl and good student.
"What should I say?" She thought. The more she thought about it, the harder it was to find the answer.
Robert Stanley glanced at Soraya, he knew that this girl might be having a problem that she didn't want to tell anyone. Even though he didn't really care about the matter, there was no way he would let this disciple wander around alone at this time of night.
"You live in a dorm, right? I'll take you there!"
"B-but-"
"What's wrong? Don't tell me, you don't want to go home?" He asked in a slightly intimidating tone, plus his face seemed flat.
"Tha-that's not it, I-"
Soraya was confused, she played with her fingers to help her overcome her helplessness. Her head was down. Soraya thought that maybe she should give up and let Robert Stanley drive her back to the dormitory.
"Sir, can I stay at your house tonight?" She asked spontaneously. Soraya said something without thinking about it first. It was the voice of her despair.
Robert Stanley braked suddenly, stopping the car. Even though he didn't show it, his aura that emanated from him clearly showed his distrust of Soraya's request.
"Did you understand what you just said?"
"I know, I just don't want to go home tonight. Some things have happened and I want to be somewhere quieter."
"Is that so?"
Robert Stanley sighed, he went back to his car. He still didn't give an answer to Soraya's request which was very surprising. Although he knew that this was not the first time he had heard the same request from his students.
"I'm a man who lives alone. Are you sure you want to stay?"
"Do you have an empty room in your house? If not, I can sleep on the sofa or on the floor too."
"I understand!"

Soraya's eyes bulged, she refused to spit many times. In front of her, Robert opened the locked door of the house and this is when Soraya realized her mistake.
"Stupid, what did I do? Why did I ask him to let me stay here? I'm dead, what if someone sees me here?" She thought. In an instant, the desperate request she had made disappeared into a gulp of regret.
Soraya glanced around. There is no one around this house or someone passing in front of the house. Completely lonely, it made her start to feel scared.
Robert Stanley opened the door, took a few steps into his house and stopped before letting Soraya in.
"Listen!" He said with a super cold expression that made his interlocutor shrink.
"Y-yes, Sir?"
"You must wash your feet before stepping on my floor, wash your hands thoroughly and don't touch anything. Don't wander around without my permission and don't try to open the fridge or any cupboards. Make sure you're clean before sitting on the couch!"
"O-okay, Sir!" She said weak. Everything Robert Stanley has said sounds like an exaggeration. Every focused on how he didn't want his house to be dirty because of an uninvited guest.
After saying that, Robert walked away, climbed the steps and disappeared. Soraya was stunned. She didn't know what to do but stand and look around.
From where she stood, she could smell the floor cleaner. She just realized that the floor of this house is very clean, as well as the walls, furniture and paintings on the walls, everything looks shiny.
"The house is so clean! I feel ashamed!" She muttered. Suddenly, her attention was drawn to a large painting hanging on the wall.
A painting of a toddler in a pink dress. Toddler with brown hair with very pretty blue eyes. This painting looks so real, as if not a painting, but a photo.
Unknowingly, Soraya stepped towards the painting. She was mesmerized by every detail, so perfect. A masterpiece from the hands of a talented painter.
"Another toddler painting? Who exactly is this kid? Why does he always paint it?" Soraya muttered. Her hand began to touch the painting that made her eyes open unblinking.
Soraya did not notice the sound of footsteps behind her. She was completely unaware that she had gone through something she shouldn't have done.
The shadow of someone was seen in front of her, Soraya immediately looked back. Her eyes widened when she saw Robert was standing behind her with his cold eyes as if he had no soul.
"I-I'm sorry-"
"What are you doing here?"
