Chapter ThirtyDodd took breakfast in the bar, nodding his thanks as the barman brought him over more coffee and an extra slice of ham. “I heard what you did.” Pausing in the act of putting a piece of bread into his mouth, Dodd peered at the man from under his brows. “What was it you heard I did?” “Killing those two miserable bastards. The ones who murdered that family. It was the best thing that's happened around here for a good while.” Grunting, Dodd munched down the bread, took a sip of the coffee and leaned back in his chair.
