Adrian handled talking on the phone while simultaneously driving a supercar at dangerously high speeds was definitely a sight to behold. Etienne would have smiled to himself if he wasn’t so worked up over the current situation. He still couldn’t quite understand how Ada, an average woman, had managed to elude them this whole time. He had pulled and dispatched the best of the best, the minute she was spotted in the town. They were all scouring the mountainside for her. In a desperate attempt to keep her from getting far, Etienne had decided to put out that public notice. But calls about her sightings were coming in right away. Etienne had despaired that that avenue of action was going to be a waste of precious man hours.
