Silas looked outside and smiled; he could sense the shadow guards following the carriages. He knew King will not trust him with his most priced possession. He was shocked how easily Philip let her go, maybe it is because of anything did happen to Saintess, King will be blamed for it and if that happened church will gain all the power.
He frowned when he looked through the trees, he saw a shadowy figure in the jungle. He narrowed his eyes; he could not figure out what was it. But before he could have a good look suddenly an explosion happened making the carriages stop at once. His eyes widened as he got down of the carriage.
