We weaved through the parting crowd, and for once, I appreciated Dad using his alpha power, along with the rest of us. Some actually ended up on their knees as we walked by; even the humans nearby bowed their heads, which surprised me.
Do they bow to their own princes?
Not a question I should be concerned with at the moment, maybe it can be a trivial question, and it would be interesting to hear the different answers for both species. I pushed those ideas behind me. As we reached the floor where Robynne was, I could smell her from here. The pull to be with my mate was strong.
"Hurry up, find a mate." Dirk barked in my head, giving my already growing headache a flare of pain.
