Chloe’s POV I tried to pull back, to put any kind of distance between us before the hollow ache in my chest completely caved in on itself. But before I could take a single step away, Nash’s hand shot out. His fingers wrapped around my wrist, not hard enough to hurt, but firm enough that the idea of pulling away instantly vanished.
