All throughout the day before the Competition, the training halls rang with the sounds of weapons striking against each other. Shen spent most of the day training with his friends. On the day of the Competition they were up early for a last round of training that was followed by a noisy breakfast, where the Competition was the only subject discussed. The dining room emptied, everyone heading for the Battle Arenas. There were several smaller Arenas and a main one.
