The day passed quickly as each of them worked their way through their Battles. By the end of all their individual Battles, Lara had won two bronze and Janek and Edwin each a bronze. Shen was the only one to get a gold as well as two silvers. He’d lost his fourth Battle because exhaustion had caused him to make several mistakes. He was glad there’d be a break before the main events where the gold winners of each level fought it out for the day’s overall winners from each skill level. From what he’d seen today, it was going to be a tough Battle. After that Battle he still had the group one to get through.
Shen started to wonder if he should have entered the Group Battle. He pushed that thought aside. To even consider being unable to get through the Battle would put him at a disadvantage bef
