---POV Emilia--- There was a level of serene I felt throughout the night, cuddled into Tobias’s arms as the flight over the Atlantic lulled me back into sleep. He woke me up only once during the flight, so I’d have some breakfast. He really was being quite attentive. The next time my eyes opened, we were in a hotel room and I was a bit disoriented. I didn’t realize how exhausted I was. I guess the Olympic record we attempted was much more taxing than I thought. I pulled myself from under the soft sheets and stretched out, taking in my surroundings.
