*JAX* It had been three hours since I’d last seen Colette, and the passing minutes weren’t becoming any easier for me. I wrapped my fingers against my desk, impatient. It was almost two minutes after four in the afternoon. Just a few more hours until I would see her again. Colette’s delicate face creeped it’s way into my head. Her silky dark auburn hair, and her grey-blue eyes tormented me. It was painful when she wasn’t with me, when I couldn’t directly confirm her safety, I had guards on her, but not being able to see for myself was difficult.
