First meet

One beautiful morning in December, Rishit is sitting on his terrace with a canvas, painting a new picture as a young artist who earns money through his work.As he gets deep into work, suddenly he hears the sound of the door bell.He left all the work behind and ran towards the door with an excitement, Because he knows that the person ringing it is his new housemate. He has been alone in this house for nearly 6 months, so he is so happy to have a housemate after all these days. With all this excitement, he opened his door and there stood a beautiful woman with her luggage in her hand. Rishit couldn't believe his eyes because he didn't know that the new housemate is going to be such a beautiful woman.He asked the woman to give her luggage to him so that he could take it to her room. But the woman, with all her stiffness, said "Oh, thank you, but there is no need of it. I can carry my own burden". And she entered the house.She found her room herself and started over but paused a bit and turned towards Rishit and said,"I am Julie,I don't wanna become a friend of you, I will be here for a short time, so don't ever try to talk to me,Understand?".Not even waiting for his reply she directly went to her room and closed the door forcefully.Rishit who is actually waiting for his new housemate was quite disappointed because of her attitude.

By the afternoon Julie came out of her room to make some lunch for herself, as there is a common kitchen in the house where they can prepare food if they want to.Rishit came down from the terrace,as the daylight increased. He saw Julie preparing meals.He got so excited and began to talk to Julie when she worked.He said,"Oh Julie,you know to cook, this is amazing.I was actually praying to God to send me a savior. I think he heard my prayer".He expected Julie to reply something but Julie did not even gave her ears to him.Rishit, without worrying about her attitude, continued,"I have an idea, Let me pay the amount for the groceries that we buy to make food. In return, can we cook together? I mean, will you teach me how to cook?".Julie remained silent. After a pause and gaze towards Julie, expecting she would say something, Rishit continued,"I have an old woman near this house to deliver me home made meals, but you know, eating the food is OK but ........I was wondering how good it would be to cook with an housemate and eat together, I will join you in meals I promise, So you wont feel lonely ......".As he spoke continuously Julie stops him suddenly saying,"You forgot about me telling you not to talk to me? I don't like people like you, and I just made meals because I was hungry not to eat with you.I will never use this kitchen again. I won't repeat, don't talk to me".Saying all this, Julie took the plate of food she made and went into her room,closing the door forcefully.Rishit was now disappointed all again, waiting for grandma to bring him the lunch.

By the evening, Rishit had completed his dinner and began to continue his painting.At the same time, he expected Julie to come out of her room for dinner but she didn't.He decided to approach her door.As he went nearer the door. Suddenly, the doorbell rang.Hearing the doorbell, Julie opened her room door and was shocked to see Rishit standing near her door.She looked at Rishit angrily expecting an answer about this action. .Rishit was terrified and said,"I was just going to my Room" nervously.Julie rolled her eyes and went to the main road. It is a food delivery guy waiting outside to deliver the dinner ordered by Julie.Julie, after receiving the dinner, walked into her room and closed the door.Rishit took a deep breath and went to continue his painting. As the time went by,Risht, still working on his painting, heard Julie's voice from her room. By the tone of her voice and the pause between her words made him assume that she was talking to someone over her phone. But later, her voice becomes louder. She seemed like arguing with someone, and suddenly everything was quiet. A few minutes after that, Risht heard her crying in her room. Rishit, who is kind in nature, went to her door and knocked on it saying,"Is everything OK?".Julie replied ,"Don't disturb me." Even though Rishit felt like insulted throughout the day, he just wanted to make sure that she was OK afterall.He said to her with concern,"Call me if you need anything.I will be here in the living room."There is no reply from her. He sat down near the door and decided to wait until she stop crying. A few minutes later, she began to stop crying. After everything was quiet,Rishit stood up to go to his room. Suddenly there came a noise from Julie's room. Rishit called out to her but there was no reply, so he barged into her room to see if she was OK.

When he entered the room, he was shocked to see Julie fainted on the floor.He helped her to wake up and carried her to her bed. Julie was so tired. She asked Rishit to pause over some tablets.He gave the tablets and water. After watching her peacefully sleeping,Rishit covered her with a blanket and went to bed. He was unable to sleep. He was recollecting all the events that had happened that day. He was confused about Julie's behaviour.He asked himself,"Could she be a psychopath? What if she kill me today?Did I lock my door properly?" and he answered to himself,"No No. She can't be a psychopath. She is cute. Will be cuter if she smiles often. There must be something about her.Oh, Rishi, just sleep.Dont take advantage."Rishit fell asleep. Julie, who was sleeping, opened her eyes. She went near Rishit's door and confirmed that he was sleeping. And went back to sleep.
