The hesitation, anxiety, and a little bit of fear on Riley’s face stunned Xander. He couldn't believe Zac Miller had such an impact on him. He frowned deeply and asked, “What are you hiding? Is there anything about Zac that I'm not aware of?”
Xander’s question caught Riley completely off guard. His face turned paler. It was something that he could never tell anyone, especially Xander.
Xander was still frowning at him, waiting for his response.
Riley was nervous as hell. He was upset too. But he gathered himself and tried to stay calm, “I am just worried. He is not a good man. You should stay away from him.”
“Is he more dangerous than Aidan?” Xander squeezed out those words, gnashing his teeth.
“Yes. He is more dangerous than Aidan,” Riley yelled at Xan
