John's POV
We wasted no time getting out of the Fairy Kingdom. The Fairy King arranged for me and Ellie to be flown to a werewolf pack in Wyoming, and from there we would fly to Colorado where Ellie and I would be hiding for the foreseeable future.
We were bypassing the regular airports because Daniel and I told King Arlen about the flash drive I had in my possession. It turns out that King Arlen and Amos Rainwater, some werewolf leader in Wyoming, were good friends. Both Daniel and the King warned me that Amos was intimidating but that once he knew what I had in my possession, it would take it out of my hands and hopefully get Mr. Z off my trail.
Daniel told me not to take it personally, but the Fairy King's lack of confidence in me just because I'm a human with no supernatural abilit
